Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At CottonPassion.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent and customer-friendly Return, Exchange & Refund Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. 7-Day Checking, Replacement & Return Policy

You have 7 days (168 hours) from the date of delivery to check your product.
If you find any issue, simply contact our Customer Care team. After verifying your claim, we will arrange a replacement or return as applicable.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Product (Report Within 24 Hours)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Do not discard the packaging.

  • Send clear pictures of the damaged/incorrect product and its packaging to our official WhatsApp or email.

If reported within the allowed time:

  • We will replace the product free of cost.

  • If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, the standard refund process will apply.

If damage is reported after 24 hours, we may not be able to accept responsibility due to courier claim limitations.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product, OR

  • The product delivered has a defect or quality issue

For an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging must be returned intact

Fragile items are not eligible for general exchanges (only for damage claims within 24 hours).


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following situations:

Case 1: Refund After Receiving the Parcel

If the customer receives the parcel and later requests a refund:

  • Refund will be processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

  • Refund will be issued to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Case 2: Order Cancelled Before Dispatch (Online Card Payment Only)

If you placed an order using Debit/Credit Card and cancel it before dispatch:

  • We will process the refund after the bank confirms that payment has been received by us.

Important Note for Debit/Credit Card Refunds

Refunds for Debit/Credit Card payments take 20–25 days, as per the standard banking timeline, not Cotton PassionΒ  internal timeline.


5. How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Complete Return Form

Fill out the Return Form and attach it to the return shipment.

Step 2: Contact Customer Support

Share your concern with our representative and follow the provided instructions.

Step 3: Repack Your Item

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Step 4: Ship the Parcel

Send or hand over the parcel to the address provided by our representative:
